For the seniors –
Sign up for the Castleman Trailway social run on 2nd July. £3 for the coach and you have to get your names and money in to Steve Buller as soon as possible. See Steve at one of the Tuesday or Thursday club sessions. There are a limited number of places! The coach will drop you off at West Moors or Ashley Heath and then you run back to Ashdown along the marked route on the Castleman Trailway. There is a refreshment stop at the Fox and Hounds. On Friday 26th July, there is an Open Track and Field meeting at the Ashdown Leisure Centre. Details here>>>>
Lots of events for each age group, and open wheelchair events. Why not turn up and have a go! £5 per athlete or £6 on the night. The Quadkids and 10,000m events are also Dorset County Championship events.
