William wins South-West Inter-County Club XC in Yeovil Jan 6th
In the U13 Boys race of the South-West Inter-County & Clubs’ Championships, staged on the tough Aldon Hill course in Yeovil on Jan 6th, William Rabjohns started the year with a 12 second win over the 68-strong field. There were 18 PAC athletes who competed in seven of the age-groups, assisting Dorset teams to rank as follows: 6th (of 6 teams) x 1; 5th x 2; 3rd x 3; and 1st x 1.
PAC had two complete Club teams finish. In the U13B, helping Will were George Mahon, Leo Riggs and Thomas Langley, collectively ranking 5th of 6 clubs. Emilie Castagna came 4th and led the U15G to place 3rd of 4 teams, helped by Emily Parker, Isobel Rabjohns and Camilla Brown. All were proud to represent Dorset!
The county did best in winning the U20W and ranking 3rd in U15G, U15B and U13G. A valuable experience!

Adam sets new Indoor Heptathlon Record!
Competing in the EA Indoor Combined Events Championships U20M Heptathlon at the EIS in Sheffield, Adam Booth broke his own Club Record for total points in this event, knocking almost 12 seconds off his PB for indoor 1000m! He achieved a final total of 4071. He also set another PB in the Pole Vault. As has been reported before, to steadily up his game in seven diverse events shows great dedication, determination and skills-building.
As a first-year U20M, Adam ranked 17th of the 30 who started!
