News from the ESAA Cross-Country at Leeds

The 2019 New Balance English Schools’ Inter-Counties Cross-Country races were held in Temple Newsam Park, Leeds, on a muddy, testing course on Saturday March 16. There were nine athletes from PAC in the Dorset Schools’ teams. The majority of our runners finished in the scoring six finishers in their races.

All worked hard and did their best in the conditions. With 45 counties represented, each race had at least 300 finishers! As a result of his 5th place, William Rabjohns has been selected to run for England Schools in the Schools’ International match in Dublin next Saturday, March 23rd. That Junior Boys’ team was the best of the Dorset teams, ranking fifth of the 45 counties.
