Some PAC help for Team Dorset in Plymouth!

In the first Southern Athletics (SAL) match, staged in Plymouth on April 13th, seven PAC athletes competed for Team Dorset. Although entitled to compete in this League, only one u17 athlete (Isobel Rabjohns) was available to travel. For the past two years, Team Dorset have ranked overall 3rd (out of 20 teams) by the end of the season, hugely helped by the u17 contingent from the three TD clubs, but not today!

ATHLETES NEED COACHES!  WE NEED MORE!

There will be a very conveniently located course at Lytchett Minster School on the weekend of May 11/12. Only your attendance is required, followed by helping the Club with your new (?) skills when you can. No exam.

Can you spare the time 9 – 5 that weekend?  Are you aged 16+?  We have asked EA to stage this course but so far there has been little response. WE NEED MORE COACHES.

Please go to the Dorset County Athletics Association web-site and check ‘Coach Education’.  You register on-line.  The cost is £185 for Club members and the Club might assist if you are suitably committed. Thanks!
