Small team did their best in WYAL 3!

A clash with the YDL UAG 3 took a number of older athletes but those who went to Aldershot all contributed valuable points and gained experience. A number of ‘new’ athletes set PBs.

Millie 5^th in W1500m in British Trials

At Birmingham on July 2^nd Millie Courtney ran in the W1500 final, with the first two qualifying for the World Championships in London next month. Her time, in a tactical race, was 4-10.16.
