Two Indoor records for Liam and Adam!
Six Poole AC athletes competed INDOORS on Sunday, December 1st. At the Eton Winter Open ADAM BOOTH set two PBs including an u20 Club Record. At Cardiff, in the SW Regional Championships, LIAM NIXON claimed the SW u17M 200m and 400m championships, including an u17M Club Record.

Lexie and u17W star at Aldershot in Hants 3!
Lexie Brown won her u13G race and our u17W team ranked second in theirs on a bright, cool day in Wellesley Woodlands at Aldershot on Saturday, Nov. 30. So Lexie remains unbeaten in the three matches so far in the Hampshire League, running with confidence born of success. On a course, wet underfoot but with no rain, she won by 6 seconds. U17s Emily Parker (4th) and Ashia Wilson (5th) were well supported by Isobel Rabjohns (15th) and, as a team, were only beaten by WADAC. In the SM race, Jamie led home a scoring team to 8th of the 10 teams, still just hanging on to their Division 1 rating. The u15B, led home by a consistent Mark Ruby, ranked 8th team of the 20 starters. A total of 24 PAC athletes took part. Thanks to Mark Pauley and Peter Cornes and the parents for their taxi, management and support efforts on the day.
