Jack’s first ENGLAND vest, in Vienna Classic!
Mark Roach’s son, Jack, currently at Northumbia University, won the Northern SM LJ in Sheffield on Jan. 14 with 7.41m (an indoor PB). He was selected to compete for England in the Vienna Indoor Classic on Jan. 27 and finished third with 7.20m. We congratulate him on his selection and hope that this first recognition will lead to further international experiences.
William is Southern u13B XC Champion!
Among the 2400+ athletes at Stanmer Park, Brighton last Saturday there were 8 from PAC. Three were in the u13B 3K race and these were led home superbly by William Rabjohns in 00:10:01. He was ably supported by Finn Pardy (73) in 11-18 and George Mahon (133) in 11-54. 260 boys finished! The only other Junior was Isobel Rabjohns in the u15G 4K race where she finished 134/211 in 16-49. We pray that William stays fit and well and can run in the British Cross Challenge Finals at Loughborough on March 10th. Of the 351 SW who finished their 8K race, Harriet Hughes placed 113 and Becky Neal 118. Two SM ran but we only know that Brian Underwood finished 153/740 in their 15K race. We await news of Tom Austin.

Eight PAC athletes in podium positions, including two winners ! Fourteen athletes selected for the County, plus six reserves.
Those shown in bold are in selected teams and those shown in italics are currently non-travelling reserves. This may change with sickness, etc. Those who featured well but are not selected have probably said they will not be available next Saturday.
