A popular event in the Senior Summer series, which saw Luke Terry and Dave Hicks compete for the (sub-5 minute) top spot once again, with Dave edging ahead for the win. A number of our runners bettered their time from last year. Well done everyone!

England Athletics Senior and Under-20 Championships and Senior Para Championships, Alexander Stadium, Birmingham (19th/21st July)
Emily Parker won the England Athletics women’s 3,000m steeplechase championships in only her second race at the distance. William Rabjohns finished third in the under-20 men’s 800m, while Nathan Blackie was third in the para 100m. Great results!

Team Dorset completed an unbeaten season to win their division. Poole AC is part of Team Dorset in this League together with Poole Runners, Wimborne AC and Dorchester AC.
