William Rabjohns finished second in the under-20s, which earned him automatic selection for the European Cross-Country Championships in Turkey next month. Unfortunately, Emily Parker placed sixth in the under-23 women’s race, while Mark Ruby was eighth in the under-20 men and missed out.
