Another hot one this weekend and what a weekend it turned out to be.
Snowdonia Quarter Ultra Marathon
Jack Galloway was up to his ultra ways as he took on the 50 mile Snowdonia Quarter this weekend. A breathtaking 50 mile route from the West coast of Wales, through the Snowdonia National Park, over Mount Snowdon to the North coast of Wales. A nice second place to finish in an impressive time of 09:44:37. Well done Jack!
British Championships and European Trials
Melissa Courtney put on an impressive performance in the 5,000m final to finsh second in a time of 16:07.59.
Portland 10
Part of the Senior Club Championship and the next race in the Dorset Road Race League, the Portland 10 was humid, very humid. Congratulations to Brian Underwood who finished 3rd overall and the Poole AC men who finished second team.
