Commonwealth Youth Games at Haseley Crawford Stadium, Port-of-Spain, Trinidad (8th August)

Will Rabjohns took another second off his personal best as he ran 3:46.46 in the Commonwealth Youth Games to finish fifth. Will’s time also briefly put him into the overall top 100 men 1500M runners for 2023.

European Under-20 Championships at Jerusalem, Israel (9th August)

Edward Bird qualified safely for the 3,000m final with a sixth-placed 8:32.91 in his heat. In the final, a slow tactical race saw Ed finish in seventh in 8:51.09.
