The Beast
What a fantastic weekend! Thanks so much to everyone who helped out on Saturday and Sunday to ensure that the Beast was a success – it wouldn’t have happened without you. This year we were treated to blue skies and high temperatures – a welcome change for the volunteers, but perhaps a tad warm for the runners?

IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships
Having qualified for the event, Louella O’Herlihy was in South Africa for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships and finished 9th place in her age group, 206th overall, in a time of 5:15:12. Excellent result!
