Cow Plop Plod

An evening 5k (ish) time trial allowing you to stumble around the fields of Pamphill, Pimperne.

This is a popular  event in the Senior Summer Series.

Be at Pamphill before 6.40pm to set off as soon as possible after this. Don’t forget to bring your barcode!

The run will be followed by a well deserved social at “The Man in the Wall” Wetherspoons pub in Wimborne, BH21 1NF, where you can rehydrate and have something to eat.
