Many of the Poole AC and Poole Joggers members participate in parkrun, which is a free weekly timed 5k run at park locations around the country and the rest of the world. They take place every Saturday morning (9:00am in England and Wales). In Dorset there are a number of parkruns that our members run at, the most popular being Poole. Other Dorset based events are Upton House, Bournemouth, Moors Valley, Blandford, The Great Field (Poundbury), Durlston Country Park (Swanage) and Weymouth, but you might see our runners even further afield.
