Starting from Shaftesbury School on Hawkesdene Lane, Shaftesbury, at 11AM, the race is a single loop 10k on scenic country lanes.
The course is hilly and soon after the start you get to run up the picturesque Gold Hill, made famous by the Hovis advert.
