Poole AC is starting monthly 5k handicap runs on the 1st Thursday of the month, from the Haymoor, Canford Heath. Have a bit of friendly competitive fun and check out how much you can improve throughout the summer!
The handicaps will be based on recent parkrun times where possible. To assist in calculating the handicaps, please send your best recent (last 3 months) 5k time, parkrun and date to the Facebook page or to Event Director on the Contact Us page.
The course heads up Canford Heath Road and around Halstock Crescent and Tollerford Road and returns back this way.
