Adam Booth wins Midlands silver in Sheffield!
Last weekend, in the EA U20M Combined Events Championships at Sheffield, Adam achieved five PBs, broke two Club Records and was ranked second for the Midlands area in the Heptathlon.
This maintains his C/E high level of setting at least three PBs in every competition!

Josh Smith is S-W indoor 17M 1500 champion!
In the second part of the Cardiff Open and S-W Indoor Championships on Sunday, Josh won the faster U17M 1500m race in an indoor PB and new Club Record of 4:14.45. Well done, Josh!
South-West Inter-Counties XC Championships
23 PAC members raced in these championships at Aldon Hill, Yeovil, on Sunday. A number of them ranked well enough to be part of podium teams for Dorset. Individually Emilie C (2nd), Lexie B (3rd) and Mark R (5th) were best-placed. Brave performance by Jake S who was injured but managed to finish!
