In this first of four matches, staged at King’s Park on Sat. October 14th, the Vet Men and u15 girls produced the best team performances on the day. In mild, overcast conditions, eight juniors and fifteen seniors represented the club.

SEAA XC Relays at Wormwood Scrubs

In the 2017 version of this annual competition, staged on Oct 21st, we had only three representatives. The three u13B ran with their usual determination and finished in the top 10 out of 28 “South of England” teams!  Cameron Corbin led them off and completed his leg in 20th in 7-58.  His brother Connor pulled the team up to 11th in 7-44.  Then Finn Pardy brought them home in 9th in 7-39.

Thanks and congratulations to the athletes and to the parents for the driving, feeding, washing, etc.
