Three County Champions on the Country!
Of the 320 athletes who competed on the undulating grounds of Bryanston School on Sunday, 45 were Poole AC members! In the twelve age-group races in Match 4 of the Wessex League, we had THREE WINNERS. These were William Rabjohns (U13B), Emilie Castagna (U15G), and Ben Lewis (U20M). Three more were podium finishers and ten others came in the top ten of their races.
To date, we do not have details of the COUNTY events which were being contested in conjunction with the League races, but we can confirm the winners. The youngest runners had the best of the conditions, the later races having to survive hail, sweeping rain, gusty wind and slippery mud.

Adam’s new Club Record in U20M Indoor Heptathlon!
At Lee Valley, in the SEAA Combined Events Meeting last weekend, Adam Booth achieved PBs in five of the seven events and set a new Club Record with a PB total of 4036 points, averaging 576+/event!
