Two new Club Indoor Records in Cardiff!

In the Cardiff Met GP3 Non-Thomas Open Meeting last weekend, three PAC male athletes took part. This also incorporated the SW Indoor Championships.   New PAC records were set in the M800m with Guy Perkins being the best in the SW at u23 level with 2-02.43 (PB) and Jed Skilton ranking 3rd in the SW u20M with an SB of 1-57.76.

In the sprints, Tom Casson ran a PB of 7.24 for 60m as an u20M, and later a SB of 24.76 in the 200m.

William R won for Dorset in SW Schools!

Eleven PAC young athletes competed for Dorset Schools in the SW races at Stover School, Newton Abbot, on Saturday, February 3rd.  In wet conditions, William Rabjohns added the SW Schools Minor Boys’ title to his growing list of Cross-Country victories this season.  While no XC race is easy, to win by 47 seconds is at least clear!

In the JB race, Mark Ruby (39) and Liam Nixon (42) were both in the Dorset counting six finishers.  Josh Smith was going OK but fell.  Harry Mortimer finished 64 in the SB race.  For the girls, in the JG, excellent runs by Emilie Castagna (3) and Ashia Wilson (7) helped the Dorset team result, supported by Isobel Rabjohns (59).  In the IG, Fern Kimber (7) placed for Dorset, with Demi-Marie Goddard finishing 45th.  Finally, in the SG, Isabelle Taylor (10) counted for the county.  Approx. 61-67 finished in each race.

(At the moment the TEAM results are not available.)
