What an evening Friday turned out to be as Melissa Courtney secured a bronze medal in the 3,000m in a time of 08:38.22! What’s even more impressive is that she broke the Welsh indoor record by 5 seconds, which she set in Karlsruhe, Germany a month ago! #inspirational
