Purbeck 10k
A huge turnout for Poole AC at the annual Purbeck 10k, the 7th race in the Club Championship. And what a successful night it was – 1st male team, 1st female team, 1st place for David Broadley, Jo Hanna was 1st lady and Louella O’Herlihy was third lady! What an epic night to be part of #TeamPooleAC!

Sydling Hill Race 2017
White Star Running were back to their usual trail races this weekend with their Giants Head Marathon. Three club runners did the 10k race – well done everyone!

Giants Head Marathon
Next up was the main event itself, the marathon. The usual “small hills” were experienced and well done to the four club members who took on the challenge.

South Wales 100
Jack Galloway competed in the Run, Walk, Crawl, South Wales 100 mile race covering some pretty stunning scenery across south Wales. Jack won in an impressive time of 24:24:13. Yes, that’s 24 hours! Amazing job, well done!
