Thames Trot
A huge congratulations to Kirstin Hay who completed the Thames Trot, a 50 mile Ultra race from Oxford to Henley in an impressive time of 8h 57m!

European Aquathlon Championships done 2018
A little trip to Ibiza saw Dave Wood competing for Team GB and securing 8th in his age group overall.
ETU European Championships 2018
Louella O’Herlihy secured a silver medal in the Standard Distance Duathlon after securing second place in her age group. Later in the week, she went on to secure a bronze medal in a different race!
