The course is mostly flat, but with a challenging double loop around Bowleaze.
Runners start and finish the 10 mile route at the Pavilion end of Weymouth Esplanade.
This event is part of the Dorset Road Race League (DRRL). It is mandatory to wear the Poole AC club black & gold colours. This year the race also features in the senior club championships.
