It doesn’t matter what your ability level is, if you’re aged over 18 and want to join a friendly athletics club, there will be something for you at Poole AC. Senior members meet on a Tuesday night at 7pm at the Ashdown Track, Adastral Rd, Poole BH17 8RE for a weekly round-up of the recent events and activities. Following this, there are club training sessions out on the heath, the road or on the running track. The club organises a number of social events including monthly pub social night, an annual summer BBQ and a Christmas party where the annual awards are presented.
